And you can't get wood trim in an XJR.

Why did I buy used? They don't make what I want anymore.
Andrew, they don't make what I want anymore either. you have ridden in my 512bbi and my 930 turbo...hell I think you may have even driven them. those are bad azz machines the likes of which we will never see again.

that said, I adore my perfect xk convertible. I find it ironic that we both found our way to the jaguar!!!

How about a DBS? There's some manual's out there. More so than a DB9. DB11 V8 will come with a manual option.

This is not entirely correct, V6S with 380hp with MT is also available. You can also special-order SVR with MT, but that comes at a very steep premium.

I guess the car in my driveway doesn't exist. Who knew?

I have to say, that the current gen 911 is actually a home run for a good quick daily driver. I was surprised when I took one home for an overnight stay. I'd recommend it.

If the V12 Vantage and DB11 were too small, how is the newest Vanquish? It looks to be about XK sized when I walk around it. The Vantage I found to be a tight fit, a fit, but my head is at the roof and the seat back is at its rest. The Vanquish is in dream car territory for me, so I haven't given one a try.

Mosesbotbol speaks very highly of his Evora, it also might be a car to look into.

Then there is the Corvette. A really fantastic machine in how it handles and drives; even if it is rough around the edges.

There are still good cars being made.

I had just been to the Jaguar website. Manual is a choice for V6's only. Your's if I were to buy it would not be bought new, but used.

I thought in context I was discussing buying a new car from Jaguar. Here is a list, manual on V6's only.
