In the UK at least, a restored XK120 is going to be worth about £40k, probably more, but would need converting to RHD.

A '50s XK120 with split screen and wire wheels? Even in the state it's in, that would be worth a small fortune in Britain. Surely, surely, surely someone can restore it, it looks like it really just needs another wing. In those days a tin basher would bang you out another wing to order! And lead was dead easy, it was used instead of epoxy-filler and needed the same plumbing skills you had when making a wiped joint in a lead pipe. The trick is to use the right flux and keep the temperature with your blowlamp just right so the lead stays pasty.
AND, you've managed to get the full owner provenance!
I know a restoration project is definitely not for the faint-hearted, so can't you sell it to someone who has the drive, determination and skills to put it back to what it should be? You know you owe it to the old girl... Far worse cars have been restored to pristine.
Leedsman.
Oh, those missing headlights -- I wonder if they are Lucas 7" jobs? I think they were a copy of American lights made by General Electric. Don't worry about it being a left-hooker, it'll sell!

Homsangpradit:

Have you considered getting into Hemmings Motor News to locate the old Jaguar speciality parts yards. Surely there's someone in the U.S. that deals in these used parts.

While the fender can probably be reconditioned, modern day body shop technicians are more parts replacers than sheet metal repairers. There are still some older body shop guys around that still have their old wood paddles (to spread lead.)

We're all just caretakers of our material possessions, and such a fine car is meant to be driven and enjoyed. Fixing the car properly would be good money spent--even as an investment.
