Hello gentlemen,
We've been working at getting our 1952 XK120 competition car up and running. We wanted to get her actually running prior to commencing a semi restoration. Since this is a competition car, we've strayed off and used some modern parts to help solve some of the classic issues. She seems to run. Now we need to get the wire wheels refinished prior to mounting the Dunlop competition tires we were able to source from the UK. Also need to find some bucket seats. Any tips on seats would be great!

Just bear in mind that road tests of the time told of monumental brake fade. This was eventually cured by converting the cars to discs, (XK150)
