My Dad bought new '57 Jag XK150 built second day of production. Jag history says it should have engine: V 1007-8. The car was sold out of the family in 1969, spent 45 years in Oklahoma where it was taken apart about 1985. I've acquired the car a few months ago in pieces but hope to restore it someday.

SURELY this engine is stored away in someones garage, shed, or barn ? If anyone can supply clues, I would apprecaite it.
