XK140 - how are the foglights/driving lights mounted to bumper?

Default XK140 - how are the foglights/driving lights mounted to bumper?

On our newly arrived XK140, the extra driving (or fog?) Lucas lights are in a box. While it appears that these lights are attached to the bumpers, there are no holes in the front bumper. (see attached pic)

The fog lights have straight, threaded, 2" attachment bolts (with wires running thru them).
So how do you attach these lights to the bumper? Are they clamped on? ...or should there be "L" brackets somewhere?

From your picture it looks like the splash shields are missing from your car. The fog lamps mount to special brackets that are attached to the bumper irons. The shaft on the fog lamp passes through a hole in the splash shields to the bracket. Sorry but the missing parts must be painted and installed ---nothing mounts to the bumper.
