Following my introduction on the Zagato Jaguar I have moved the discussion to the Xk120 XK140 and XK150 site.

There has been some published history about the XK 140 Zagato for it was restored in the late 90s and early 2000s. There are some beautiful photos of that car on the Web. That information will not be repeated here. However I thought all of you might be interested in knowing that all three Zagato Jaguars have one thing in common, they were all hammered (they are all aluminum) on the wooden buck used for the Ferrari 250GT Zagato cars. The similarity between the Jaguars and the Ferrari is unmistakable.

 

Based upon new information, the 1960 XK150 Zagato is in fact the 1958 XK150 Zagato shown at the 1958 Geneva Auto Show. See

In all probability, there may never have been a 1960 version of this Zagato Jaguar.
