On my way to the Classic Car Show at the NEC last week, I stopped off at the nearby Castle Bromwich Jaguar factory and Visitor Centre, where I was treated to a 90-minute tour of the XK assembly line. Unfortunately (but predictably), photography at the assembly lines is strictly forbidden, but here are a few images of the Visitor Centre.

When you see how 'easily' the cars are put together, it really makes you want to just help yourself to one
