I'll try this again with more info. I have a 2001 XKR Convert. a couple of days ago my right rear quarter window stopped closing all the way. Its smooth going up and down, it just stops about 1 second before the left window does and of course leaves a 1/4 in opening between the front and rear glass. I tried to "help" it up and it still just stops in the same place. It acts like a programing issue like the front windows, but so far I havent figured out the sequence. anybody got any ideas?

sounds like the regulator/motor to me, that would be the 2nd one I've heard of in a very long time. Hard to get to also.
