03 XK8 Rear Wheel Bearings

I am looking for a step by step procedure to replace the rear wheel bearings on my 03 XK8? I have the hub assemblies out of the car, but need help disassembling the hubs and setting up the 0.076mm end play on the bearings. Any help, especially with pics would be greatly appreciated.
