97 vert electrical issues
I'm thinking I have some ground issues
1. Some times the windows drop down when opening the door but does not go back up
2. Some times the windows do not go down when opening the door
3. Some times when removing the key there is no electrical functions for several minutes (during this event if I try to crank the car no accessories work and the panel lights are dim, like the battery voltage is very low) after a few min everything works fine
4. Once when on a errand I restarted the car and got the transmission fault message after restarting again no issues
5. Some times when idling the voltage goes low ~9volts abs light illuminates the voltage comes back and abs light goes out
6. Some times while driving ABS light illuminates and I get ABS and Traction messages, after restart no issue
Not sure if any of these are related but suspect poor grounds, any help would be appreciated!
Thanks, Papadog

I presume the battery is less than 4 yrs old? I assume you've removed the battery cables and cleaned them and the battery posts? I assume you've verified no loose connection at the alternator prior to posting? My first thought is a loose positive post on the alternator. Did you, on purpose, misspell Alabama?

Well I cleaned up several grounds and checked the alternator connections. The conditions have been corrected. I took the bad kitty to Barber's Vintage Motorsports Museum in Birmingham (Alabama), about an hour and a half drive each way, and it performed perfectly! Thanks for all your suggestions!
