99 xk8. less get-up and go!

After rebuilt throttle body installed, car has less spunk. Throttle cable is taunt. Can the adjustment screw on the TB be a little off? Your thoughts

Cable fixed my similar issue, but you checked that, loose vacuume hose connection on tb ?not familiar with adjustment but sure somebody reading will have an idea .
Any codes thrown?
