Default Adamesh front shock mount replacement to OEM style

Adamesh in the UK have some uprated shock mounts if anyone is interested. Might be worth the look as an alternative to long shipping times to AUstralia or the US for Baxtor parts. XK8 & XKR 96-06 Front Suspension Replacement Mounts – Adamesh

They do indeed, for £150.00, l can supply a full car front and rear combo delivered for less than that that price. Silly money.
Normal shipping time to US or UK is 7 days, so hardly a deal breaker.
l guess it's a matter of " you pays your money and makes your choice"

Default But who actually manufactures the Adamesh parts...?

It's worth noting that the ones Adamesh are selling are the highly regarded ones made by Peter Hobman in the US. However, since the UK ceased charging import duties on auto parts the actual cost including delivery is about £104 if you buy directly from him. I'm sure that the Baxtor parts are equally superior to the other options so, as he says, 'You pay your money...'.

I make the front top shock mounts that Adamesh UK sells not only to UK customers but also to Europe and Australasia. The original parts are not always available in many parts of the world, and only the very inferior aftermarket one are, so my especially engineered parts are a great alternative that offer superior material, handling, durability and value. Approaching 500 customers all around the world, with all sorts of driving conditions, and not one complaint! None, zero, zilch, nada!

Just my twopenneth. I bought a set of these from baxtor and recieved them in 6 days from oz to uk. watching the tracking was fun as they zoomed across the world at lightnening speed. Aside from that the quality and fit was superb and i would very highly reccomend these parts. No reflection on the other guys stuff, ive no experience of them but i will be contacting steve again when i get round to doing the rears. Pleased i was able to support a forum member who took it upon himself to resolve a problem part for all our benefits.
p.s. when the parts got here they sat on the bench in the garage for 2 weeks before i finally fitted them so delivery time neither here nor there to me.!
