After-market Shock Mounts = Two Ruined Tires?

How about the springs? My mounts on my car I just sold a few months ago were orig at 98k and were flaking. I would think mounts alone would not drop your car that far and cause that tire damage so fast.

You springs my be going down some. Sure you only have 37k on it but the car is 20 years old and among other front suspension parts the springs can be an issue. I know they were on my 97 I had and the 03 I had.
