As my 2003 XK8 has the standard stereo fit I have no amp or sub (very noticeable) I have been quoted for the job but I can't help feeling it is a job I should do myself. First is the wiring loom already in place and second where do I get a wiring diagram that shows the ICE ? I will be fitting the amp over the CD changer and the sub will go on the back shelf were its ment to.

If you have the jaguar technician information system (JTIS) on CD, it has electrical schematics of all model years. We have a link in the XK8/r FAQ thread that will get you the files to create your own CD yourself. If you don't want to mess with that, there are many ebay vendors (even in the uk) that sell these discs. Search TIS also, the UK vendors dropped that from the listing recently.

Since I have an 2003 also, I've separated my audio and nav schematics on PDF at home. If you need them tonight, respond with your email address (if you don't have full forum privileges) and I'll email it to you. (then delete your addy from this thread so the bots can't find you)
