Any members here in the boulder/Denver Colorado area? I found a really nice looking xk8 on Craigslist for cheap in need of some work I was interested in but I’m 1800+ miles away in Massachusetts. I would love to get it for my girl so we have a matching “his and hers” set. It’s the same year as mine with the chrome rims but is white on white(beige) coupe and mine is black on black coupe. I have a black truck and she drives a white rav4 as daily drivers and i would love to see my garage with two xk8s parked side by side and give her one so she stops begging me to take her for rides as she absolutely loves my car.

anyway I need someone local to the area who has some type of knowledge about these cars to maybe check it out for me and let me know if it’s worth me getting a plane ticket out there and buying it, and either driving it back or shipping it. Hopefully you won’t take it from under me but it is what it is, let me know I can compensate for your time if need be.

I know it sounds crazy and is a long shot but i am crazy (at least compared to everyone I know and especially my family lol)and if you’re in the area and know these cars pm me for the details to work something out. I’m just hard pressed to jump on a plane over a hope/dream but i would if worth it, and I’m completely terrified of flying(don’t judge me lol) thanks
