A bit off-topic but I thought a little fun... Who can help me with the firing order on this?:
This is the 1949 Seagrave fire truck I'll be driving in the Kentucky Derby Pegasus Parade tomorrow afternoon. It has a 12 cylinder flat-head engine with dual ignition and twin plug heads. That means four coils, two distributors, twenty-four spark plugs and twenty-eight spark wires. Also interesting is the intake and exhaust manifolds are both in the 'V' of the engine, it has twin carbs and two water pumps. The water pumps are located under the sides of the block where the exhaust manifolds would normally be located. The left-hand pump is driven by a shaft that extends through the belt-driven generator.
