I understand there are about 12 hoses for the 4.0L XK8. Anyone know of a kit which has all the hoses?

 

I have never seen a full kit other than the silicone hose kit from Paragon in the UK.

 

I just did most of these hoses, I never saw a kit in my travels sourcing all the hoses. I suspect it is not out there. Just go to a site sponsor and tell them you want all the hoses in the cooling system. Tell you now it will not be cheap.

£214 seems a pretty good price... I have the Paragon silicone hoses, but every so often I get leaks and have to retorque the fittings.

 

Brings up a good point, Since the early XK8s are approaching 20 years, what is the appropriate time to just replace all the hoses as a preventive maintenance measure? 10 years, 15 years?

 

Replaced all of mine at 100,000 miles about 8 yrs when upper large hose got big.
