hi guys,just wondering if the xtype armrest lid would fit our cars,as i think thay do look a lot more comfortable,just my opinion.

 

The soft foam under the leather deteriorates. It can be replaced making for a more comfortable armrest. See

 

Agreed. Remove the leather cover and replace the worn-out factory foam. I used multiple sheets of flexible packing foam because I already had some on hand (the type of foam that you wrap around an object before placing it in the shipping box). I used the old worn-out foam as a template to cut the proper size and shape of the new foam sheets. I think I wound up using two layers, but it may have been three....

 

I had a shop rebuild mine, fixed the cup holders at the same time.
