I have some black stripes, coming from the rear window-rubber, on the convertible-hood.

Even if I touch the rubber with fingers they get black.

Any ideas how to prevent? Is there a sealer or something similar available?

Got to love terminology...I was expecting to see racing stripes on the "hood".

 

My wife's 2006 XK8 rear window rubber seal leaves the same dark trace on the beige top just below the lower rear window corners where the rain trickles down in those two spots. I scrub the traces off whenever I wash the car. Try a rubber sealant treatment. Several types available in most auto parts stores. Use it sparingly in the two lower corners as a test. If it works, coat the entire seal....
