My CD Player keeps "jumping" when I go over even small bumps, any ideas?

Had this problem with mine at one point. The changer is suspended in its cage by springs and mounted in rubber. Unless those have come off, it is not the problem.

I fixed mine by removing the CD cartridge and "reseating" it in the changer (take it out, clean and replace). Make sure it seats properly. Cleaning each CD helps as well with routine skipping. The changer is not immune to dust in the trunk.
