Need to replace the cigar lighter in my xk8 2005. Does someone know how to get there?

Once you’ve done it once, should only take 15min to get it off to access everything in the centre console.

 

Here’s a pic of what you’re dealing with once you have the Centre console out.


note the cigar lighter is moulded into the ashtray and the unit is also fitted with a light bulb.
