Default Compatibility of 1996 - 2006 parts

@57loboy is going to search a U-Pull-It yard near him for a bunch of parts to fix up my 2002 XK8. I think main change in 2007 was in the drive line. Are the pictured parts compatible for all X100 years? Headlight is power wash (don’t know if that is part of assembly).

Major Tom
Major Tom looking pitiful. Small growth removed from chin. Hopefully benign. Yesterday was fun when he was high from anesthesia.

That rear view mirror is knackered - don't buy that.

There are some slight differences in the covers that go over the convertible mechanism, but I can't recall them offhand. I noticed when I was looking for some parts for mine. I think there was some kind of sensor, or something on the later ones.

Good luck finding decent sunvisors. Around here those seem to be the first to get taken. But they will interchange between years.

There is quite a bit of variation in mirrors. It's best to see how many wires your current one has, and then try to match. The difference is heated/nonheated, rain-sensing vs. non-rain-sensing,

In that case, I'd replace it!

Default 98 review mirror.

So who and where is the best replacement resource for said mirror? I’ve not seen any leakage as yet, but have read it can really muck up your interior if it does leak. Any interim step to take as a precaution before a replacement is sourced?
