Default Convertible fuel pump replacement thru shelf cutout ??

Howdy Folks:
Having read the Fuel pump replacement thru the subwoofer!! thread I am curious as to or not to try to cut an access hole thru the package shelf as I have needed to replace my pump(s) for sometime. I am leaning toward cutting the hole and using a patch panel.
Both positive and negative comments appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

There is a recent thread with pictures for doing that. Just use the search function.

I cut the hole for fuel pump replacement using the instructions from this thread

https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...access-118362/

It worked out great and it saved me from having to remove the tank.

Thanks Guys!
Please forgive my embarrassment. I evidently missed both the recent thread and using the correct search keywords.
I will tell you all of my progress on the recent post.
