That's called sticking your finger in fate's eye. I hope you took another minute to put on the boot cover.

 

To the point, there is no easy way to remedy the convertible top issues with these cars. Repair both rear rams, front latch assembly with new updated Teflon seals. Replace all hoses with pressure rating multi times higher than the pumps potential. The system will be flushed completely, with trouble free top operation. Done. Rich
