Default Cruise Control acting wierd

Took my 03 XKRout today and the info display kept telling me the cruise control unavailable every time the ACC would give a driver intervine warning. I pushed the ACC button to shut it off and it would be back on in a few seconds.I didnt have the cruise control on since I was in town. The ACC came on after shutting it off and turning off the car then restarting. Itseems to have a mind of it's own. Any ideas?

Thanks jag_genius,
I think I am going to have to learn to live with the tempermenal Cat.
Todayeverything is working fine. It may be that it was justpissed at me for leaving it out in the cold. Yesterdayit was only about 28 degrees out but, today it was 50 and a great day for a ride!
I am sure it is just a sign of things to come.

If all I had wanted was a dependable car I wouldn't have bought a Jag.
Have a great day and smooth rides.
