cylinder 1 misfire

got a fault code ..cylinder one misfire..replaced plug and coil last week.can anyone pinpiont cly 1 on 4ltr v8.

Cylinder 1 is the front one on the right side from the driver's seat perspective. There is a chart in the 'HOW TO' sticky above as it can get more complicated if you are asking about other than #1.
