Do must have 1997 have salon filter- I was looking from widshield- like in manual and no place to put.

Mine doesn't. Opened it up and just pieces of leaves and debris blocking the air intake. The 2 water drain holes were partly blocked also. You can't just buy the filter and put it in either as the structure it goes into wasn't there either.
