Door Hinge replacement

Door Hinge replacement
I've got the two left door hinges and will replace the old as soon as I'm comfortable with the procedure.
In the JTIS I can find how to pull the door panel but nothing on actual hinge replacement.
It appears that I have to access the door part of the hinge from inside after opening the inner panel on the door then unbolt the remainder of the hinge from the body.
I was hoping to do one at a time with the outer end of the door supported but that appears out.
Anyone done this or know of a better approach? Thanks Folks.
