Looks like the 4.0 and 4.2 have different part numbers and are shaped differently as well.

Your picture looks more like the 4.2 shape to me.

 

I am from Argentina uffff 'I can put the new pipe? anyone can confirm the image is 4.2

 

tanngo, attached tube comes from 4.0 engine. I'll send you foto of mine EGR duct when I come back from work.
