Default Expert Advise needed on seat removal

I read before you remove the drivers seat or passengers disconnect the battery or airbag may go off and at the same time I read if you disconnect the jaguar completely it wont start and will have to be towed to nearest dealership to be resetted due to a transponder or somthing anyways does this only require a ground cable removed or both thanks

Positive Cable only needs to be removed.

The windows will have to be re-programmed. (Procedure in Owner's Manual.)

Some of the Radio Presets may be lost and can be re-programmed. US Cars don't usually require a Radio Code.

No need to visit Dealer.
