A/F Sensor vs O2 sensor
Lets try to make this easy.
1999 xk8 coupe dealer says this car takes the following:
LNE 1682 BC REAR SENSOR; LOWER
LNE 1684 BB FRONT SENSOR; UPPER
They want $605.00 each all I want is the correct part! (
not this time, the counter guy actually suggested I might try price matching them to see how others compair)
So the journey begins and I finally get what I think is the correct parts for a more reasonable from Car Quest.
Denso 234-4798 O2 sensor with exact match harness for LNE 1682 BC
Bosch 15627 A/F sensor with matching harness connection.
Is the A/F wideband sensor indeed the correct part and I'm incorrect by referring to the upper as an O2 sensor?
