first of all is this the front bumper beam ? is it all in plastic ?

A corner has indeed broken off, you must be in the UK as that is not a US spec bumper beam...... I have a few if you want to replace it....

And they are made out of a fibre infused plastic, not fibreglass but very similar that can be injection moulded

Jaguar has stopped making them in bulk and now only get them in small numbers, this has hiked the price up considerably for new
