Default Fuel depressurization

I want to change my fuel filter but cannot get to the Schrader valve on my 01 XKR. I read somewhere that removing fuse 7 will stop the pumps from running and that would do. In which fuse box is this fuse located and what amp is it. As usual all answers are appreciated.

As long as the ignition is off the pumps will not run. Just catch the small amount of fuel that spills when you disconnect the filter.

I start her up, if winter let it run to avoid fuel bore wash if cold outside, pull fuel pump fuse till she stalls.

Relieves pressure and you'll see no more than a cup of gas spill from connection to filter.
