fuse #4 in drivers facia missing

fuse #4 in drivers facia missing
I have been blowing the drivers seat 20 amp fuse in pos 1 randomly. Today when I was looking at the fuses I noticed that there is no fuse in position 4, for the airbag system.
Handbook says there should be a 10 amp fuse
fuse 4 powers some functions of the airbag/srs control module
anyone else without fuse 4?

correct
my mistake i was looking at my hardcopy for 2000 xk8 which does have a 10 amp fuse in number 4
I should have looked at my electronic copy for 2001which shows it as empty
