After the accident I am unable to get the gearshifter out of park.
This is extreemly anoying if we want to move the car.
Has somebody an idea how to solve this?
I recall vagely to have read something about this subject on this forum a few years ago.

It sounds like to need to use the Gearshift Interlock Manual override procedure:
