Ghost in the Machine?
I just got done with a full afternoon of repairs (both headrests, passenger seat recline, antenna mast replacement, marker light replacement, etc.). I sat in the driver seat to relax, cranked up the car and tunes on the radio. Ironically, Peace of Mind by Boston was wailing. I turned on the (factory) nav, and no display. To further the fun, I lost all control of the radio function. I turned off the ignition, restarted, and regained control of the radio, but still no nav. What the Family?

If I start the car, turn it off, and then restart shortly afterwards, the NAV stays blank for quite a while. Take it for a drive and see what happens.
I still have my own Gremlins. Welcome to the club!

Yes. It did work fine before. I've only had the car for a week or so, but each time I fired it up (4-5x), the nav worked, too. Maybe because I've made so many repairs on the car in such a short period of time, it decided to throw me a curve ball...
We should list our daily gremlins. Tonite the passenger side seatbelt got jammed, the pass. window would not go down for a while and the CD player stopped working,....and the dash said tailight was out, ....and....too much to list! But what a great ride.
P.S. And the A/C is on strike.

All good questions. Payments are current. Goats would indeed be messy, but more definitive. Didn't mess with anything while replacing the antenna mast (at least I don't think so). If it ever stops raining around here, I'll check the disk and fuse. Thanks, folks!
