Default Haunted Car Alarm

First off, I love my car. But........ some electrical gremlins have sneaked into it some how. The alarm just decided to blast away twice this weekend. No, I wasn't near the key fob. It definitely got my attention, neighbors too! I have a new battery back about 2 months ago. HELP!
Did I tell you I love my car? Oh yes I already mentioned that. It's an 02 Pacific Blue XKR coupe with 55k on the clock. Auto headlights switch is acting weird too. Any help ful suggestions will be certainly appreciated.

Take it off AUTO for awhile, the headlight stalk could be be the problem. See if it recurs.

Howdy Folks!!...
Since we're on the subject of car alarms... When I lock or unlock my Jag... instead of a "chirp" or "whistle", it kind of souds like stepping on a mouse... Is there something I can replace to make it sound normal??
Thanks Folks, and sorry for sneakin' in on this thread...
