It is happening from 1 week car alarm goes on after every sometime and off it in the menu does not help and no message is displayed on the screen

any suggestions

 

My 2010 XF started doing the same thing a week ago. Then I got a message trunk open. It wasn't . The problem was broken wires in the trunk from the trunk boot. I removed the flex cover and found 2 broken wires and one crimped. I repaired these three wires within 10 minutes. all is fine now
