The heated seats don't work at all. The lights don't even come on (either side). I understand that there is a a fuse for heated seat power and a fuse for the control modules. Any idea which of these it might be? Possibly related is that the seat memory isn't working. The seats move manually and the mirrors and steering wheel adjust according to the memory but the seats don't. From what I understand, this is usually due to the potentiometers going bad but I'm wondering if it might all be part of one thing.

 

Check fuse #1 (20 Amps) in both the left and right side of dashboard fuseboxes.
