HELP - 10 beeps : RESOLVED

Dead in the water! Have gauges, no starting power. Scanner not getting power to check for codes. Trunk light pulsates then comes on. 10 beeps when I turn key.
I was replacing antenna when problem started. Antenna fuse ok.

I'll assume you had the battery disconnected while changing the antenna.
Have you checked connections at the battery and made sure the ground bolts are tight? The main chassis ground is right around the area where you were working.
And lastly, you could try a hard reset. Disconnect the negative battery cable and hold it against the positive terminal for 15-20sec. This will discharge all of the modules in the car and reset them.

In one word: Battery
After being in this forum for so many years I should have known better. BUT -- I've never seen a battery go from a vigorous start to 8.6 volts - just sitting - in about an hour. Thanks to all who read and responded.

I suspect that you've created a short somehow when replacing the ariel, if I'm correct then the replacement battery will go the same way.
