I have the Jaguar Harmonic Balancer removal tool you can use. I can mail it out to you, and you can mail it back. It is the hardened steel remover with the hardened roller bearing bolt. It makes the job a whole lot easier, and safer. Let me know if you would like me to send the tool on out.

Tensioners and guides
CJ.... Could you take a look and decipher if I need to replace the tensioners? If it looks like I need to replace upper/lower & guides I would like to take you up on your offer of the tools. I really don't think i need to replace the chains in that they are not loose or show signs of abuse. On this note, were you able to get a deal on a "kit" including all neccessary items to put her back together including gaskets, crank seal etc? Thanks in advance again. [I found a set on ebay but it included the chains ($650.00) i just don't think i need them, but am willing to go the extra mile if I'm encouraged to do so]

Those look like the original primary chain tensioners and guides...but those components don't implode like the secondary tensioners do. That being said, since you've already got the timing cover off, I would go ahead and install new primary chain tensioners and guides. You've already done 50% of the work (dismantling), and once finished you can drive with confidence, knowing that all have been replaced.
When you remove the original tensioners, you might find that parts of them are broken off and missing. Since you're replacing your oil pick-up tube, you might find bits of broken plastic tensioner in the screen of the old pick-up tube, and in the oil pan. Make sure to them them all out.

Personally, I wouldn't buy an oil pan from anyone but Jaguar. If the fit is anything less than 100% perfect, you'll be seeping oil onto your garage floor.
I use Gaudin Jag out of Las Vegas for good online pricing...CLICK HERE for your part...they've got the official Jag part for $ 105 plus shipping.
I've also had pretty good luck getting my local dealer to match...or get close to matching...the online prices I get from Gaudin.
Good luck.
