Looking for advise....put key in door...turned to the left...doors locked and car beeped....turned key to the right....doors unlocked.....but the passenger side rear window went down a couple inches...now can't get it to go back up....tried to turn key to the left....doors locked and car beeped....but window did not move....

thanks in advance for suggestions

 

Turn the key to the right and hold it and the windows will go down and the roof will open, turn it to the left and hold it and the roof will go up and the windows will close.

If Gus' suggestion fails check your battery level. I've seen window operation suffer from small discharges. John
