Have been trying to get a reading on the computer to show instant and average mileage, but have so far failed to get anything. Any advice please?
Also is there an indication of how much is left in apart from a light showing?

Sorry it a daft question, just trying to find out if the computer is working or not, all I can get is A/B trip reading and a reset.

Are you pressing the button on the end of the indicator stalk?

 

It sounds like you aren't pressing the right combination of buttons .......




Both RANGE and INSTANTANEOUS FUEL are undependent of the trip computer and cannot be reset. Also the trip memory cannot be reset if either of these are displayed.

Thanks for the replies Smoggy and Graham, I was indeed looking I the wrong place, just saw the second page shown in Grahams post, thought that was all there was to it. I had not seen the page where the indicator stalk was used as did not know it was relevant. Thanks for sorting it out for me.
Slowley upping the mileage covered, no codes today and covered about 80 miles.
