Default Integrated phone/music

I'm considering adding an after market integrated phone (blue tooth) system and iPod adapter to my 2002 xkr. My husband has one in his 2005 xkr but does not like the parrot system.

Does anybody have any recommendations? Ease of use, compatibility and clarity are important wish list items...

I don't have any advice on your issue, as I replaced the entire stereo to get digital music and bluetooth into my xk8, but I just wanted to comment on the relative uniqueness of your family's stable of vehicles. Don't see to many his and hers xkrs.

Whch Parrot does he own? The MKi9000 series has integral noise cancelling and works very well.

Also, there are different approaches to installing these, some better than others. The approach in my writeup here, through the separate dedicated phone and stereo audio channels in the car, as opposed to the speaker switching method, gives very good results.

Whit XKR

He has the 3200 model. It sounds like the noise canceling feature in the mki9000 is what I need.

Did the speaker get installed up in the headliner for a convertable?
