Help! I am desperately searching for this part for my 2005 Jaguar XKR Convertible (not supercharged). I've seen a few but not for a 6 speed automatic. Mine is cracked in several places (see pic). Any help and source would be greatly appreciated. Notice, 2, 3, 4, 5 down the left. Most I see are 2, 3, 4 (not 5). I have a six speed automatic trans.
I have been searching for the same thing! NO luck. I have found out that Jaguar has the entire illumination module which includes the fascia but way more expensive and trouble to change the entire illumination module. Lets us know if you find a simple fix.
Resurfacing this inquiry as I too am in need of a new 6 speed gear shifter plate for my 03 XK8. I’ve seen other posts on this forum, but this is the most current. Mine is black, but I’d take any color at this point.
Anyone a whiz at 3D printing? I’ve read that the plastic plate can be removed from the rest of the module without having to purchase the whole assembly.
If anyone wants to take a “crack” at reproducing these, I’d be a happy customer.
I went a different route after looking for a long time to find one in 6 speed. This was under $10 on ebay back in 2019. I thought it cleaned it up well.
I was finally able to find a 3D printing company that already had a design and the ability to make these. I ordered one and it was near perfect.
The company is GRYP Parts (out of France). It took a few weeks for the build (print) and delivery.

I would send a picture but I am traveling for a couple weeks (until the 16th) but will post one upon my return.
With shipping and all, the price was steep, $236 USD, but worth it to me.
@QDavidP I’d love to learn about the best way to separate the top plate from the rest of the unit. Any guidance would be appreciated. Also, did you purchase the gear lever piece, or just the gear plate?https://www.gryp-3d.com/gb/jaguar-xk...te-finish.html
Frankly, I did not find it too difficult to replace the illumination face. In mine, see pic, after removing the chrome piece, there are like 6 or so screws that hold down the illuminator. Then, from the underside, there are a couple of back screws that hold the face plate. I did not video the process. Wish I had.
