Are JLM21748's my correct rear rotors?

Are JLM21748's my correct rear rotors?
I have a Dec 2004 build XK8 coupe, it has the upgraded Brembo brake pack.
I have the larger rotors on the front of about 33cm, but on the rear is 30.5cm.
VIN = SAJAC41P552A44445
I suspect someone may have fitted the smaller ones at some point, but I'm trying to clarify if part JLM21748 will be ok.
