Hey Folks,

Been having some running issues on the old girl here recently and a persistent check engine light.
I threw the OBDII scanner on it this morning, but I do have the JLR software as well. Just need to dig out the old XP based laptop after a move to a new house.
I was struck by the group though as it is pretty much all misfire codes and focused on the left bank (from front).

P0174 - Bank 2 lean
P0300 - Multiple Misfire
P0303 - Misfire on 3
P0305 - Misfire on 5
P0307 - Misfire on 7
P1316 - Injector Driver Module IDM problem

Except for the lean code being on Bank 2, It is pretty much focused to issues on Bank 1.
Just wanted to get ahead of the research a little bit here and see if others have had similar sets of codes pointing to a common failure point over multiple failures. Maybe the IDM is the issue? Haven't had the occasion to work on that part of the car before. Of course, I will go ahead and do some forum research but, in the meantime, maybe someone has a shortcut diagnostic in their history?

 

1316 is misfire rate excessive emissions

swap coils see if you can move it bank to bank. if it stays go check cats and timing, anything that causes a misfire on one bank
