I have a later instrument cluster from an '04-06 car with the better looking needles.
Metal in the center, not plastic
I've read that sometimes the ECU can take the higher millage, and the part only has 30,000 on it, but I think the ECU could also adapt the average, so it seems like a bad idea. Is there any way I can just replace the needles on my earlier version with the later ones? Seems to be the easiest path. I'm sure I can swap the 3 gauges in the center of the dash with no computer issues.
