OK so whatever switches the coil primaries is likely to get buggered if you pull off HT components when its running ..good luck

I guess you need to start over.
What is the car telling you?

I think that function shifted to onboard each coil for AJ27

I must be old school as I've always removed a coil plug to check if that coil/spark was working. I'm not 100% sure I'm getting accurate codes from my code reader. Has anyone here used one of the Autel scanners?

It was always safe to remove plug leads when you had a coil and contact breaker system indeed the test was to see if you could get a 6mm spark to the block. Once electronic systems came in the idea of using a secondary gap was recommended .ie remove the lead with the engine stopped insert the extra secondary gap and re start...your car your wallet.

I've been waiting for my new Autel scanner to see what's really going on with the car. I pulled many codes that I couldn't get with the other scanner. I have these codes: P1260, C1155, U1135, U1041, and P20EE. The car cranks but won't start. I checked fuel pressure with with key in the on position and got 40psi.

I have put each of your codes into Google and it takes you to all the posts on this forum that relate.
Basically, its gone into some anti-theft mode in the simple case ranging up to some major network failure. The rule is go for the simple/cheap /easy access options first and Test don't guess before you spend money.
eg one code related to the driver's door computer ..do the windows go up at closure as they should and does the locking work .If so I would discount that one etc.
Good luck and let us know.
