Low speed tick/ping noise when taking off from stop and when coming to a stop(trans?)
Since I bought this car a couple months ago I have noticed a tick/ping combination type noise when I am taking off from a stop and right before I come to a complete stop.
I was thinking it might have to do with throttle when taking off from a stop but then I hear the same ping/tick right as I am about to completely stop.
Anyone have this noise before?
My car is shifting fine and smoothly but this noise has me concerned.
